well so far the summer has been damn good, despite the stupid weather weve been having. The cornwall road trip which both Mr luke cullis and I traveled down for was off the hook all week. the trails needed a little bit of work but once we sorted them the sesh went down. The level of riding got pretty pretty intense and even saw me throwing some stunts into my runs for extra rad factor and luke did some of the spinny round tricks. i think luke might of won the king of dirt round with a tripple whip to late flip but there was more intresting things goin on such as the girls with horses. yes you remeber them

Hey we just got back from newquay for a few days managed to escape the rain and get a bit of riding in and plenty of beach time in! Anyone who hasnt been there should definetly go its a whole different perspective to my town. I headed up with Jamie Grice, Dave Cox and Sam Moir and had a blast heres one of the pics but more footage was made look out for possibly a new video coming from ourselves soon.....

UK BMX pro stephen murray came down hard on a double flip last Friday sustaining serious spinal injuries. The injuries are so severe its unlikely he'll ride competitively again.

With a wife and two kids to support, the BMX community are doing all they can to help out

caught this on ryans denehy's blog, had to look at this for a looong time to see if this was for real. but it actually looks like a genuine corked 720. the first 3 happens pretty fast the second slower...the dudes name is aze ezhold so look out for him in the future...

If any of you like will farrell and havnt seen Old Skool then i suggest you take time out and watch it, this is the funniest clip from a film i have ever seen...

Not too much been going on this side of the world, bike show and filthy48 have all been and were sooo funny, lots of drunkeness and catching up with people! Not so good for the riding haha. Chilling at wisley alot recently, bbq'in it up and some digging/riding. Will update with pics etc soon. Check digitalbmx and flowtography as usual for radical pictures! Peace out

its kinda funny seeing all the fuss being made over cam mccaul's new cable setup. decline magazine just ran a little post on the various methods riders use to get round the gear cable tangling issues from barspins and whips. cam and co have a neat little doo-dad that attaches to their cage mounts and they run an old school road shifter tucked out the way...

it works but its nasty as hell to look at. check this sucker out (the photos are terrible) this is me, back in '96 throwing down some crazy skillz (thats sarcasm just in case you wondered) rocking a shifter under my seat! yes you heard that right - under my damned seat. how f*ckin clever am i? very. thats how. its innovation like this that makes static the best bike company in the world ever.

been a busy few days here at the statcave, we managed to sneak a last minute advert in mbuk which should hit the shops this week.

also new stems are now on the site, nice internal machining and new colours - check them here clik clik

also we've managed to drop the price on the plan b and evil twins down to £240 which now makes them the biggest bargain in the world ever...

we've also just sorted out exclusive dealerships with chainreaction cycles and wiggle who will be stocking a good range of static stuff in the next couple of weeks. so if you're looking to put together your dream build on a static frame go check em out...

got back late last night from the national bike show at the NEC. two days of schmoozing with riders and industry types and im shattered. will stick some pics up of our last-minute effort of a stand in a day or two. thanks to pinto and cullis for doing us proud over the mud humps and to Mr B for all your help.
